Policies

Hotel Policies:

    • Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
    • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
    • Front Desk Hours: 24/7
    • Check-in Requirements: At time of check-in guests must provide a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card for incidentals. No debit or prepaid cards accepted. Must be 21 years or older to rent a room.
    • Under age 12 kids stay free.
    • Rollaway Bed: Rollaway Bed on Request / $10 per night
    • Additional fees/fines:
      • $150 charge if a guest smokes in a non-smoking
      • If a guest causes damage to the room, the guest will be charged per item

Cancellation Policy:

    • Please cancel 24 hours in advance to charge of one night + tax.

Pet Policy:

    • Pet Type: Dog Only
    • Cost per night/per pet: $20 Per Pet Per Night
    • Maximum Pet Allowance: 2 dog 30lbs
    • Additional Pet Policies – Pets must be declared when making a reservation. Leash requirements. If Guest does not declare pet during check-in, guest automatically receives a charge for pets $100 for cleaning fee.
